Am I stupid for loving the baby I aborted?

Of course it's not stupid! It's a natural motherly instinct to love the baby, no matter what. I'm very sorry for your really tough situation and the decision you had to make. I'm not trying to make it seem like this girl is a bad friend, but if she knows how hard it is on you, she REAALLLYYY shouldn't have said that. You have every reason to be upset, and you should let her know. Again, I'm soooo sorry.
