How to get muscle for football in a year?

Im 13 and playing football next year and im gonna be honest im not the strongest person in the world and everyone is gonna be bigger than me but im real dedicated and will do anything also im goin out for WR im a really good at catching im like Larry Fitzgerald lol but i need to get bigger thanks
