I've bin counting cards for awhile now and i want to know how do i get a team started?

i'm only 18, but i will train until i'm twenty one and i take this with complete seriousness, it's my pashion but how would i find ppl for a blackjack team when i'm the right age? i don't have friends who are into cards/gambling...any help for the future? thanks, btw i only want a counter's advice please
