A question about houses please answer?

If I was looking directly at the front of a house and the number on the house was 4018 then what would the house to my right number be? Also how much money in total (including lot) would it be in CAD to build a 3 storey house with a fully finished 2 bedroom basement with a fireplace, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, jetted jacuzzi tub, and a walk-in closet upstairs, dining room, living room, fireplace, GIANT (I mean GIANT) windows, and a round window middle level, and a fully finished 2 bedroom sunkin in basment and a giant padio on middle level?
