Trigger Thumb Help ?!?

okay so i was born with trigger thumb, when i was a baby i had an operation for it, then i had another one, when i was about 9/10 i had another one but they screwed up the scar so i had to have yet another operation, then all my pain went away but about 2 years ago i started having trouble with it, i see a plastic surgeon every month but she has splinted it but insists there is nothing wrong with it, apart from the fact that it is really painfull when using it and it keeps locking, any help pleaseee??? thanks x
