A woman that married a USA citizen in Colombia?

He has no obligation to bring her children. If she now has a green card, she can sponsor the visas for those children herself...does not need him to do it. If she was married to him for at least 2 years after entering the U.S., she should now have her permanent green card. There is nothing she can do to him...except be very unpleasant. He needs to stop contact with her and ,if necessary, get a restraining order. If she is threatening to try to get him in trouble by saying she paid him to marry her...she needs to realize, that saying this can get her green card revoked and get her deported. She would be cutting her own throat to do that.
