South American Cichlid Stocking question?

No way. The shell-dwellers should be kept in a much, much higher pH (up to 30x more alkaline!) and much harder water than especially the Apistos and rams. Kribensis can be bruisers towards other dwarves, so I'd leave them out, too. You may be able to get away with a pair of blue rams and pair of a smaller species of Apistogramma in there, uming it's got a lot of fake/live plants, and caves. Remember, these are cichlids...and while they may generally be peaceful towards tetras, they can still be fiercely territorial towards other cichlids.
