Should I say I have a misdemeanor tresping on my job application?

I was caught for tresping and was given a fine, but I was told because I'm a minor, it wouldn't be on my record. I'm applying for summer jobs, but this one application asks if I've been " convicted of a criminal offense for which a pardon has not been granted". I don't know whether to answer Yes/No to this question.
