Stay away from PC World?

I concur. Stay away. They go out of their way to be as unhelpful as possible, if something goes wrong they basically tell you its your problem, the staff dont have a clue what they are talking about and they are so overpriced its unreal. My laptop cost �300 from Tesco, its very reliable and is still working with no issues 3 years later. My cousin bought the same laptop from PC World for nearly �500 and ihas had nothing but problems and PC World refuse to accept any responsiblity for their faulty product. I trained in IT for years and would not go anywhere NEAR PC World.
