WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS GUY? FREAKING PSHYCHO!?

I met this guy named Nick, at my work. He was a security guard so i made conversation with him quite often. Anyways, so we texted eachother alot, AS FRIENDS. I NEVER gave the impression I wanted something more. He knows I have a fiance, and I have a ton of guy friends...my fiance finds nothing wrong with that (for those who will imply I shouldn't be talking to another guy while with someone, it's JUST as friends) So on New year's he got mad at something stupid and told me not to text him anymore. I politely obliged and we stopped talking. 3 months later (a week ago) I got a random text from Nick saying he missed me and wanted to hang out. So we tried to pick back up where we left off, he came over to hang out, I went over to hang out. I honestly thought everything was going great. Then one day as I was returning home with my fiance from grocerry shopping, I see Nick's truck parked outside my house as i was pulling in. nick SPED off leaving skid marks on the concrete as he saw Luke (my fiance) with me. Thing is, Nick likes me, but he agreed we'd be better off as friends because I love Luke. So anyways...later that night Nick texts me once again saying we shouldnt talk anymore. Thinking it was going to be the same thing as last time I obliged and deleted his number. But get this. the NEXT morning I got a call from the cops saying he wants to put a restraining order on me! I was like WTF! I NEVER called him, he always texted first, I dont even know where he works now, (dont care too either) and HE was the one sitting outside my house. But the funny part of this all is the cop broke character and started laughing as he said not to worry because I'm now the 9th girl he's put a restraining order on. I tried to think if there was something these girls did to get one but if theyre anything like me then there was ABSOLUTELY NO REASON. that's what Im trying to figure out. i showed my fiance all mine and Nicks texts and he knows everything that happened and he's dumbfounded as to why Nick's acting this way. From a guy's perspective, is he mad because Im with Luke, or is he trying to hype up his desire-ness by telling other women that the "9" wanted him so badly he had to get restraining orders on them. WTF?!
