How much do you think my horse is worth?

I lease a horse from an extremely famous family. He was purchased for $350,000 6 years ago when he was 6 years old. They bought him when he was a 3'6"+ AA hunter, although the girl topped the showing scales at 2'6"... he has the most amazing conformation I have seen, and is overall a beautiful warmblood. His only health problem was he bruised his left front heel and was off for a week 3 years ago... He loads/clips/bathes/ties like a dream. Possibly the sweetest, easiest packer I have ever seen. You could flop around and yank on his mouth (which goes in a d-ring snaffle) and try to run him into random distances at an A rated show doing 3 foot and he would still get top 3. Every one who sits on him calls him "magical" because he is so comfortable, sweet, and ADJUSTABLE! I've seen him do a 3'6" line which should be 5 strides in an 8 and make it over perfectly.. I've also seen him get a 3 in the same line. Overall dream horse and my best friend who I would love to buy if I could afford him. What would you value him at just on this information.
