Is This A Good Weight Loss Plan for me??

It sounds great but are you getting enough protein? To determine if you are getting enough from soy, take your body weight in pounds and multiply it by .33 to 0.50. This will give you the range of protein, in grams, that you should aim to eat each day. From your plan it looks like you might be protein deficient and this could cause loss of muscle m, and it could lead you to find other sources of energy (like sugar) to keep going through the day. You should also have no less than 64 oz. of water or decaf tea a day. This helps your entire system. A good idea is to drink a gl of water first thing when you wake, and always before you eat.Thirst is often mistaken for hunger, and this can help control cravings and overeating. I don't even count calories anymore because I know that the way I eat is healthy and I am getting just what I need and nothing more. 28lbs. since August 15th and still going strong.
